loveApprehended expansions of consciousness are under natural law,
and come in due course of time to every soul without exception.
Consciousness is dependant upon its vehicle for expression, and
both are dependant upon life and energy for existence.
This remains an immutable law.
Evolution , as we understand it, and as it must be studied by
the human intellect, is the story of the evolution of consciousness,
and not the story of evolution of form.This latter evolution is implicit
in the other, and is of secondary importance.
You must always bear in mind that consciousness remains the
same ,whether in physical incarnation or out of physical incarnation,
and that development can be carried out with even greater ease,
out of physical embodiment then when limited by the brain consciousness.
It is the expansion of consciousness and the production of
increased sensitivity and perceptive awareness, which is the goal
of all divine and hierarchical effort. the goal is not for betterment
of material conditions. These will follow automatically when the
sense of awareness is steadily unfolded.
